Badge FAQ’s
What does my badge get me into?
Your badge grants you access into any basic function and event of Anime Crossroads during regularly scheduled hours for the days indicated on your badge. Some activities require a pre-registration fee and/or payment of a separate additional fee.
Are there events that I will have to pay extra for?
There are no events that require a fee in addition to the Anime Crossroads membership.
What should I do if I lose my badge?
If you lose your badge, you need to return to Registration and purchase a new one. Without a badge, you are not allowed entrance to any Anime Crossroads-related activities or events. You may also check the Con-Ops room to see if your badge was turned in before purchasing a new one.
How much does a lost badge cost to replace?
A replacement fee of $55 is required if you lose your badge. Badges are required to gain entrance into any Anime Crossroads’ activity or event.
Can I sell my badge to someone else and get a new one?
Attendees are prohibited from selling badges to another person. Anyone caught doing so will have their badge revoked, lose any and all access granted through their badge, be escorted from the premises, and be banned from the convention site for the remainder of the convention. By purchasing a badge, attendees agree to provide valid identification. Any attendee with multiple offenses of selling badges will face a permanent ban lasting for the life of Anime Crossroads.
Can I transfer my badge to someone else?
Yes. You may transfer your badge to someone else up until two weeks prior to the convention. Email: registration@animecrossroads.com and state that you would like to transfer your badge to someone else. Please include your name and the name of the person you are transferring the badge to.
What happens to my badge if I do not attend the convention?
Unclaimed badges will be noted and disposed of after the convention. If you would like to transfer your badge to another person, you may do so up to two weeks prior to the convention by emailing: registration@animecrossroads.com and requesting a badge transfer.
Walk-In FAQ’s
Where can I purchase my badge?
Badges are available for purchase at the convention at Registration during the operating hours of Registration.
What do I need to bring?
You will need a Photo I.D. (Drivers License, School I.D., Passport, etc) for any purchases made using a credit card.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept cash and all major credit cards.
Will I need to fill out any forms?
Yes. All attendees must fill out a “Walk-In” form. This form helps us keep track of your badge purchase, and provides necessary information in the event of a lost badge.
Is all of the information required?
All required information will be indicated on the Walk-In form.
Do I really have to put my legal first and last name?
YES! You MUST put your legal first and last name on the Walk-In form. This allows us to keep track of who has purchased a badge, and ensures a smoother resolution of any lost badge problems.
How much does a badge cost at the door?
- Friday Only: $45
- Saturday Only: $50
- Sunday Only: $40
- Friday/Saturday/Sunday: $55
Is there a Friday/Sunday badge?
No. Anime Crossroads does NOT sell a Friday/Sunday badge. You may purchase a three day badge or a badge for each individual day.
Child Badge Policy
Can my child get in free?
Yes! However, this is limited by ages.
I have multiple children. Can I get all of them in for free?
0-3 years
Children between these ages can get in free with the purchase of a parent badge. Parents and children MUST stay together.
4-10years
Children between these ages are limited 2 to one parent badge. So if you have 3 children between those ages, you would have to buy two parent badges. Exceptions must email registration@animecrossroads.com BEFORE February 1st, 2024to explain why this rule should not apply to you.
Pre-Registration FAQ’s
Where do I pick up my badge?
Badges will be available for pick-up at the convention at Registration during the hours of Registration.
What do I need to bring with me to pick up my badge?
You will need a Photo I.D. (Drivers License, School I.D., Passport, etc) AND a print out or picture of your confirmation email. Attendees under the age of 16 will need a parent/guardian (with photo ID) present.
Can my friend/family member/random stranger pick up my badge?
No. Only you can pick up your badge. There are no exceptions to this rule. We want to make sure each individual receives their badge, therefore, you are the only one permitted to pick up your badge.
Refunds
Can I get a refund on a badge I pre-registered for?
No. Anime Crossroads does NOT issue refunds on tickets. You may transfer your badge to someone else by emailing: registration@animecrossroads.com. Transfers from person to person must be requested no later than two weeks prior to the convention. Include your name and the name of the person you would like to transfer the badge to.
