Hotel registrations before December 25:
For the first 150 reservations, you will be entitled to two free adult badges for all three days of the convention! All others hotel registrations after the first 150 up to December 25th will be able to register at 50% off! You will need to check into the hotel first, then bring your check-in receipt to our registration desk.

*Memberships purchased online will not be mailed directly to you. Instead we will provide you an email confirmation letter. The confirmation email will allow you to pickup your badge from the special pre-reg section of registration desk area. Badge pickup will be available starting as early as Thursday, February 19th, 2015 at 8pm. Registration hours will be posted later as we get closer to the actual show dates.

Can I get a refund on a badge I pre-registered for?
No. Anime Crossroads does NOT issue refunds on tickets. You may transfer your badge to the following year by emailing . Include your name and a message indicating that you would like to have your badge transferred. Transfer requests will only be fulfilled if you have NOT picked up your badge at the convention. You may also transfer your badge to someone else by emailing . Transfers from person to person must be requested no later than two weeks prior to the convention. Include your name and the name of the person you would like to transfer the badge to.
Can I get a refund on the T-Shirt I bought?
No. Anime Crossroads does NOT issue refunds on purchased T-shirts. We are more than happy to exchange your shirt for a different size provided the shirt is still in its original condition.
Can I get a refund on the ticket for the special event that I did not attend?
No. Anime Crossroads does NOT issue refunds on specialty tickets. All sales are final.
What does my badge get me into?
Your badge grants you access into any basic function and event of Anime Crossroads during regularly scheduled hours for the days indicated on your badge. Some activities require a pre-registration fee and/or payment of a separate additional fee.
Are there events that I will have to pay extra for?
There are some events that require a fee in addition to the Anime Crossroads membership.
Where can I pick up my special event ticket(s)?
Special event tickets are held at Registration, and may be picked up anytime during Registration’s operating hours.
What should I do if I lose my badge?
If you lose your badge, you need to return to Registration and purchase a new one. Without a badge, you are not allowed entrance to any Anime Crossroads-related activities or events.
How much does a lost badge cost to replace?
A replacement fee of $35 is required if you lose your badge. Badges are required to gain entrance into any Anime Crossroads activity or event.
Can I sell my badge to someone else and get a new one?
Attendees are prohibited from selling badges to another person. Anyone caught doing so will have their badge revoked, lose any and all access granted through their badge, be escorted from the premises, and be banned from the convention site for the remainder of the convention. By purchasing a badge, attendees agree to provide valid identification. Any attendee with multiple offenses of selling badges will face a permanent ban lasting for the life of Anime Crossroads.
Can I transfer my badge to someone else?
Yes. You may transfer your badge to someone else up until two weeks prior to the convention. Email and state that you would like to transfer your badge to someone else. Please include your name and the name of the person you are transferring the badge to.
Can I transfer my badge to next year?
Yes. You may transfer your unused badge to the following year. Email stating that you would like to transfer your badge to the next year. Badges may only be transferred for the following year once. Badges do not automatically transfer. You must contact registration requesting a transfer, or the badge will NOT transfer to the next year.
What happens to my badge if I do not attend the convention?

What do I need to bring?
You will need a Photo I.D. (Drivers License, School I.D., Passport, etc) for any purchases made using a credit card.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept cash and all major credit cards.
Will I need to fill out any forms?
Yes. All attendees must fill out a “Walk-In” form. This form helps us keep track of your badge purchase, and provides necessary information in the event of a lost badge.
Is all of the information required?
All required information will be indicated on the Walk-In form.
Do I really have to put my legal first and last name?
YES! You MUST put your legal first and last name on the Walk-In form. This allows us to keep track of who has purchased a badge, and ensures a smoother resolution of any lost badge problems.

No. Anime Crossroads does NOT sell a Friday/Sunday badge. You may purchase a three day badge, a Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday badge, or a badge for each individual day.
Where do I pick up my badge?
Badges will be available for pick-up at the convention at Registration during the hours of Registration.
What do I need to bring with me to pick up my badge?
You will need a Photo I.D. (Drivers License, School I.D., Passport, etc) AND a print out or picture of your confirmation email. Attendees under the age of 16 will need a parent/guardian (with photo ID) present.
Can my friend/family member/random stranger pick up my badge?
No. Only you can pick up your badge. There are no exceptions to this rule. We want to make sure each individual receives their badge, therefore, you are the only one permitted to pick up your badge.

When does online registration end?
The deadline to have your name printed and put on your badge is two weeks before the convention. This allows us enough time to properly process all names and make sure corrections are made. Badges may still be purchased up to and through the convention on Crunchyroll, but names will not be printed on those purchased after the two week prior deadline.
